Youth Services

Youth Services Programs:

Suquamish Youth Services is formed of many groups and activities serving Youth between the ages of 10-19 years old. (Younger siblings 5+, will need to be accompanied by an older sibling or adult)

We offer sports and recreation activities: Basketball, Softball, Flag Football, Swimming, SPARKS Activities, and much more!!

Groups/Organizations Offered:

Prevention Group: A group focused on learning ways to help better yourself and raising awareness on issues regarding; Tobacco Cancer, Domestic Violence, Teen Pregnancy, Etc.

Cultural Group: Teaching the youth traditions of the Suquamish peoples from weaving with cedar and wool, beading, learning tribal stories, history, etc.

Education Group: To educate the youth on current issues, cultural stories, employment and the skills required (Often joined together with Prevention and Cultural)
